From Monday 16 June, all fans calling Ticketing & Membership Services, Venue Sales, Conferencing & Events, Manchester United Museum, The Red Cafe and MU Finance need only dial 0161 868 8000.
Callers will then be provided with a range of automated options which will alleviate any confusion supporters may have experienced with the current multi-number platform.
In moving to this single, Manchester number, our fans can expect to find calling Old Trafford much easier and cheaper too.
So from 16 June use the new number and enjoy a fresh, new way of contacting United.

Not saying it's wrong.
United have had that number for ages, yet it went to the switchboard.
They are getting rid of all the differnt 08 numbers, so everything goes under one number. Which is cheaper for the customer.

That new ticket number is a joke. You have to wait AT LEAST 40 mins before you get through. I can just imagine one person at the other end answering ALL the calls.
Everytime I ring im always 30+ in the queue. Its a farce!

I went from 54th to call ended in less than half an hour.

Didnt think it went that far. The most i've had was 45th. Other times i've rang up and get that bloke that says "the lines are very busy at the moment, please call back later" then the phone goes dead.
