help with united ticket exchange

i bought 2 tickets from the ticket exchange thro united web site for the first time today. got e-mail telling me details of tickets but says it's pending confirmation? do i have the tickets?

I would say no, not until you have confirmation.

This needs to be in the matchday tickets forum too - to use this you need to have made 10 posts or more.

This stops people coming here just to use the ticket forum and adding nothing to this place in return .... ;)
