have to be essien for me. I think he has really come into his own the last few weeks which is a sure sign of a great player when he can reach his peak at the business end of the season . He has scored some vital goals for them and he is quite literally everywhere covering every blade of grass. a real threat to our hopes in moscow tbh

essien is the heartbeat of the chelsea team take him away and their not half as good,he has scored important goals of late just like ballack but his workrate and possitioning is phenomenal ,he is most definatley the main man.
