Of course he does, he has been tapped up by Kenyon. Offering him mega bucks for doing nothing like 90% of their other signings. It will be interesting to see if Real complain, hahahahaha!!!! Chelski have found out that money cannot buy success all the time, but they are still trying - scumbags
Ramon Calderon says Real Madrid will not sell Robinho to Chelsea and suggests the courts will have to decide what the Brazilian must pay to terminate his contract.
................
When asked if he would be prepared to accept an offer from Chelsea of 40million euros (£32m) or 50million euros (£40m), Real president Calderon was firm in his response.
"No," he told radio station Cadena SER, "because transfers must be done when the competition ends, not five days after the start of the season.
"It is disrespectful to the club, history and the fans.
"We want Robinho to stay in Madrid, but this situation leaves us unable to do anything.
"He could terminate his contract and the courts would decide what he has to pay."
Well well well.....what do we have here?
Robihno has told Madrid he wants to leave to go to Chelsea as we know.
Madrid have come out and said this on the matter:
Real Madrid have become aware of the declarations by the player and deeply
regret their content," read a statement on the club's official website.
"Real Madrid would never want to retain a player against his wishes and as a
result they have no alternative, but to accept his unilateral decision to rescind his
contract if that is what the player wants
Im in 2 minds over this one.
A)He is a great player who will really add to the squad of our main rivals, They
would be extra scary if they had him in their team. So, my initial thought is that
I REALLY dont want this to happen at all costs. Please no.
or
B)**** you Madrid you ****s This is payback for trying to steal Ronaldo.
Its now happening to them and I think its hilarious Karma's a bitch eh?
but then I realise he may go to Chelsea nooooooo
but yeh but no but yeh but no but yeh but no but yeh
Of course he wants to leave. He's making 60,000 a week in Spain. At Chelsea he knows he'll make at least double that. Lamps is making like 150,000 a week, and I think most people would agree he's at least on par with Lampard.
The Robinho transfer soap opera could finally come to a close as his move to Chelsea could be completed within the next few hours.
Spanish daily Marca have speculated that the Brazilian winger could be on his way out of the Spanish capital headed for the English capital in a matter of hours.
According to the reports from the Madrid-based newspaper, Robinho last week rejected club president Ramón Calderón’s latest contract offer, which is believed to be roughly the same amount as what Chelsea were prepared to offer him. This has convinced Calderón to concede that no amount of money will be able to tempt the 24 year old to remain at the Santiago Bernabéu.
Despite coach Bernd Schuster’s optimism that the playmaker will stay on with the blancos squad, his exit has been made all the more imminent after events at the weekend.
Firstly, Robinho was heckled and jeered by a group of fans before the squad left for the game against Valencia. And just before the start of the match, he was whistled at when his name was read out on the stadium’s PA system. The most obvious sign, ofcourse, was his muted celebrations with the rest of the team in the background, away from the spotlight when Madrid eventually beat Los Ché for the Supercopa.
The question of how he will leave and for how much is a different matter altogether.
Agent - Robinho deal close
Brazilian expected to leave Real Madrid for Chelsea
Chelsea could be set to sign Robinho after the Brazilian's agent revealed his Real Madrid career was about to end.
The Blues have been tracking Robinho for much of the summer and lodged a bid with Real earlier this month.
Real were initially keen to keep the 24-year and Chelsea were not willing to match their lofty valuation.
However, Robinho recently admitted he was desperate to leave the Bernabeu and secure a move to Chelsea, and Real responded by saying they would let him leave.
Robinho has been warned he may have to pay to terminate his contract, but agent Wagner Ribeiro expects the matter to be resolved before the close of the transfer window.
"The deal is about to be reached," Ribeiro said in the Daily Mirror.
"Robinho's cycle in Spain has come to an end and he is looking forward to a new project."
Reports suggest that Robinho will travel to London this week to discuss personal terms ahead of a proposed £28million move.
