Well, I can't take all the credit. It was a discussion in the shoutbox about it. I just made the thread.

And now I have a question. Should goals go in more than 1 category? For example, Rooney v Newcastle was a long range strike and a volley. Any opinions?

One of my favourites was Eric Cantona 'v' Wimbledon I think it was ...

Where the ball was passed to him and he caught it on his right foot ...

As it came down he smashes it into the net from about 25 metres !!

Headers is a good one as its harder to think of great headers being scored rather than volleys but one that springs to my mind is (i know it was against us)

yup - or that one...and after seeing those goals I can't help feeling that we're a bit biased. I rate Juninho's highly than Tarnat's tbh, because he's done it on regular basis against the best bk's in the world
