Copy Paste

How to copy and paste some times it dont copy from one picture to another?

if you are using photoshop, copy the image, paste it into a new picture.
then you should be able to select the parts you want copying(resize etc) then use the move tool(four way arrow) and drag over onto the image you want it on

i used to have this problem so i know you can also just use the shortcut (ctrl+V)

i learnt photoshop myself
and i have another problem I AM NOT PATIENT
