Could say the same here, you need to use better fonts and effects, maybe use some scattering and some maps

he has just started, im not sure he will know what you mean...maps are things like gradient maps in the adjustment layers section

I think the sizes are too large, not sure if this forum has a sig limit, but most others do

The ronaldo one is a good start, might be better having him in one united and one portugal and using ink outlines sometimes looks tacky, try some gradients and to blend the ronaldos
