my cousin had two season tickets last season and one of the cards stopped working.

if they do stop working, they will let you through that time but you then have to get a new one which involves going to old trafford in person to swap it over and it can't be on a matchday.

It's still a great feeling to know it's here and mine

I'm a bit suprised that the card came with only a letter and something explaining viagogo

The first year I had my ST, I remember having a big welcome booklet. Since then its been a slow decline in what they give you until now when they just basically throw the card at you

Suppose as Stephen said, they've got our money now so they don't really care
