Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson has called on his side to completely kill off all Chelsea's remaining hopes of winning the Premiership title by beating them in their own backyard next weekend.
United are three points ahead of their rivals after Carlos Tevez's late equaliser claimed a 1-1 draw against Blackburn Rovers. However, such is their superior goal difference they can see the finishing line following a dramatic match at Ewood Park.
Sir Alex is well aware of the Sky Blues' outstanding home record, yet is confident that his team will be celebrating the defense of their title at Stamford Bridge by the time all is said and done next Saturday.
"We have got to think about winning at Chelsea," he said. "I know they haven't lost there for over a 100 games, but it could be like that. Records are there to be broken."
Meanwhile, Blackburn boss Mark Hughes warned his ex side against traveling to Stamford Bridge thinking that the job is already half done.
"Chelsea need to beat United next week, that is the key game," said Hughes.
"United have to lose more points and they have dropped a couple here. Who is to say they won't drop points from now on?"
