I know they're a decent side and won't roll over for us, but we're more than capable of taking them apart, just like we did West Ham and far superior teams.

I can't see Wigan troubling our defense, that dealt with Barcelona's attacking might over the 2 SF Legs.

Ronaldo , Tevez & Rooney will all do the job, i'm certain of it. Come the Final whistle on Sunday, we'll all be celebrating our 10th PL title.

I agree that we need to attack Wigan but we should keep it tight for the first 15-20 minutes. Wigan's fans will be up for it - I've already seen messages from their supporters saying they'd like nothing more than to scupper our title bid.

We've had to come back from 1-0 down on our last 2 visits to the JJB. The first took an injury time own goal from Chimbonda to win 2-1 and in the 2nd we were 1-0 down until the 62nd minute before winning 3-1.

The final day will be far too nerve-wracking if Wigan score first.

we do need to attack them...they can play a defensive game and frustrate us....we have to take the game to wigan like we do to other teams....we have to play like we always do and not let the pressure get to us....we have to ATTACK!!!!

i understand you 100%. we CANNOT play defensive. it is unfamiliar to the team and they run the risk of loosing!

Yes I understand 100%. Hopefully the players will do exactly what you said
in your post, lol @ the 'Keano on acid' bit....

It has to be noted that we havent won away from home in nearly 2 months,
which was a late win against Derby. so we cant afford to sit back and
wait to see what happens. We need to take the game by the scruff and
simply pressure and attack.

Lets play like the Champions we are.

Sky has confirmed the race for the Premier League title will be shown exclusively live on Sky Sports 1 and Sky Sports 2 this Sunday.

With Manchester United and Chelsea locked on 84 points at the summit of the Premier League table there is only one place to see all the action unfold on what promises to be a thrilling final day of the season.

The Red Devils' short trip to Wigan's JJB stadium can be seen live on Sky Sports 1 while Chelsea's clash against Bolton can be found on Sky Sports 2.

Keep up! Charlton has had a game deducted and this would be Giggs equalising the record. 768 - 769 will come in Moscow.

Its 759, well 758 now.....

Bit of good news regarding the Wigan pitch. It was one of the worst in the
Prem but the lack of football/rugby games there in the last 2 weeks. coupled
with the lovely sun we have been getting means that the pitch is in a lot
better nick than it has been:

RedForceRising will become famous soon enough
I agree....who doesn;t want to see MU play like that?

The good news is that we have to. We have no choice but to attack!

Blanced and patient as ever, but we must win. there are no two ways about it.

An early goal like against West Ham would suit me just fine!

To be honest, its all about intent. If United get in early and knock a goal or two in, Wigan will not be able to peg them back. Establishing an early lead should be the main consideration as the longer it goes on without a goal, the more heart and encouragement it will give Wigan and the more desperate we will get.
Discipline will be key as well, last thing we need is to be chasing the game and for someone to do something stupid (Nani-style).
Wigan got a draw against Chelsea after being behind because Chelsea failed to kill them off and tried to hang on. Plenty of this Wigan team are in the shop window and will be looking to make a name for themselves, so its up to the midfield to smother them and catch them on the break.
I fully believe that we will do it though, I think it will be 2-0 Sunday.
