RedForceRising will become famous soon enough
Rooney IS a bit on the pudgy side, but the fitness coach and Colleen will see to ti that it comes down.

Stewert Gardner is alright. Paddy Crearand is actually worse.

If I hear "Och referrrrreeee, dear me referrrreeeee" one more time, I'm.....I'm ....
gonna have a moan about it!

I can't believe we're talking about
pre-season games again.

It only seems like last month we
were talking about all the games
in China that we played pre-season
before last season !! The season
just went by so quickly ... and we
won all I hoped we would.

Good start here too.

Not for Solsk maybe but for United it is ...

It seemed to me like just an average first game of pre-season type of game. It was just good to see United back in action and I think there were quite a few positives to take from the game.

Gary Nev back in the first team
Rooney getting on the scoresheet
Carrick's performance and penalty that he took very well
Giving two teenage goalkeepers first team experience

United never really looked in any danger at the back apart from Aberdeens offside goal. It was a good game to start things back off with but I'm sure by the time games come against Juve and Portsmouth in the Community Shield, we will look a lot sharper and be playing a lot better.

Paddy Crerand is a legend.

Also, he speaks to fans and always has time for us. Loads of stories of him having a drink with United fans. Top bloke.

Could listen to him all day. His bias towards us is amazing to.

Just finished watching the highlights.

Good performance by us. Great cross by Fletcher for the goal, Rooney's finishing wasn't great, (although he scrored with his head ) good performance by Carrick and a good save by Ben Amos.

Good to see the younger players getting a chance.

Overall a good performance.

But write it on the calendar! Aberdeen actually fill the stadium!

Rooney Scored A Header...!!!! Interesting,
Something he hasn't done too often in his Career,

Maybe he's going to turn into a Goal Machine this Season, Hopefully!!
