let;s have some real honesty then, shall we.
You could play Fletcher in his favourite position and he'd still be mediocre AND you could play Possebon on the right and he would be better than Fletcher.
Why?
Because Possebon has a better first touch, uses the ball better, dribbles better and passes better. The only thing Fletcher might do better is cross the ball and I only mention it because I haven;t Possebon do it yet.
