Rooney- Was it a dive or a penalty?Just seeing what you all think.

He was indeed touched albeit gently, so had time to ponder for a split second as he struggled mightily within himself with his conscience, made up his mind and collapsed majestically. Long story short, a shameful dive.

It was a dive and a penalty

He was caught and if he went down then it should have been a penalty but it was a delayed reaction so he dived. It was stupid of him to take his frustration out on a Blackburn player too. Some refs would have sent him off for that tackle.

I honestly thought we would score a late equaliser. The pressure was building and you could see it coming. It was still a tremendous relief when it went in though.

A crucial goal. We can still lose at the Bridge and win the title but I'm hoping for a draw against Chelsea and a ticket to the West Ham game, where a victory would then seal the title.

Ive been trying to work this one out. If we draw vs Chelsea and beat West Ham,
we will have technically won the title but the trophy etc wont be presented that
day will it? because mathematically Chelsea could still win it, even though they
would need to overturn nearly 20 goals in GD.
Im going to the West Ham game myself and have been dreaming of seeing the trophy held aloft that day. Can it happen or will it have to wait till the Wigan
match. Help...

We have to beat Chelsea and then draw or win against West Ham for the trophy to be presented to us at Old Trafford. Otherwise, it'll be presented to us at the JJB

I just want to be there for our last home game. The atmosphere will be brilliant.

Damn thats what I kind of figured.....I was hoping that if we drew with Chelsea
and got a result vs the Hammers then they would be decent about it and
give it us at OT but I guess that would never happen......
Either way, Ill be at OT that day
Good luck with your quest Dwarf. If I hear of any Ill give you a shout.
