If I'm not mistaken, you're not supposed to ridicule members as it says the rules, as that rule is also applied to members. I think you're putting your position on the line, a true professional moderator...well done!

I have a sense of humour mate, it's just you go on about how you have to obey RM and his rules and act all professional about it, when you can't act professional when you're a person of your position. I think mocking people just makes the situation worse? Doesn't it?

So when a person gets 'promoted' onto the staff team, they immediately
