P****d off

Now then all is it just me or is anyone else worried that Fergie is not aggressive enough in the transfer market. He and the Glazers r gonna let some major signings slip through their fingers. How can they let a talent like Torres get away from them? Come on Sir Alex! And they should be all over AC Milan and Juventus like bed sores, relieving them of some of their best midfielders. Forget Donkey Carrick,we need world-class players Viera,Gattuso,Pirlo and Kaka spring to mind! Wake up Fergie or we r gonna be second best again to a small team with endless amounts of money. We r Man Utd and that aint good enough!!!!

Wake the **** up Fergie

Wake up

PS: I'm new to this forum but i im not behind the door with my views and my knowledge of my beloved club

Welcome, and I am also a little frustrated with Fergie in recent seasons involving the transfer market drama.

Stick around

All Utd fans are, no doubt, frustrated. We were waiting for the signings to happen before the WC. Didn't happen. Then we were waiting on the Italian verdict. Still nothing happening.

But I do think we have limited funds to play with. The RVN to real saga is delaying things because Real are not meeting Utds asking price of 16m. Instead, they are offering 10-12m. It would normally not be a hinderance, but when a club is in debt like ours, every penny counts.

But we can't buy Torres until Ruud is gone. If we did, that would give Real even more power in determining the amount.

The fact that a lot of players seem to be waiting for an offer from Real is another issue. Mascherano, Diarra, Kaka, Cannavaro, Zambrotta, Viera(?).. Personally, I think that if they are waiting for that offer before looking at any other club, then they don't want/deserve to be at Utd.

I still think we should have flogged Ruud to Bayern and taken Hargreaves.

Wink

I agree that we have to wait for Van the Man to move to Madrid until we can snap up Torres but i just get this sneaky feeling that Mourinho is gonna snatch him from under our noses just to spite us. And no bad feelings towards RVN after all 152 in 219 games is not a bad return for £19m and i wish him well in his career at Madrid and thanks for his outstanding service over the last 5 years. Lets hope for some major signings over the next 3 week

I see that Duffer could make a move for 11m to Tottenham!

I really think that we should hijack that if we could. He is a class left winger and giggsy ain't getting any younger. He was a ManU fan as a kid and if you remember, he was waiting for an offer from ManU before Chelsea came in for him at Blackburn.

I would imagine that there is no chance of Hargreaves signing now since Ruud is going to Real and not Bayern. I'm very disappointed in that because I believe he would have been great to have at Utd.

Yeah same feelings here. I really think he lost the plot and its looking like we will be weaker than last season and would be lucky if we qualified for the Champions League next season!
