Team to win the league leaving out the "Big 4"

"Big 4" include,
  • Arsenal
  • Chelsea
  • Liverpool
  • Manchester United

Basically the team to finish highest in the league which will probably be 5th.

Closes on the opening day of the season, August 16th

You can't.

There might come a separate betting thread for that, but this
one is just to pick the Premiership winner if the big four didn't exist.
