Rumour: Tottenham to beat Man United to starlet ?

Tottenham Hotspur look set to beat Manchester United to the signing of Standard Liege youngster Jose-Paul Mpoku.

Manchester United have been keeping tabs on the 16 year old Congo star for a while now but it appears that Spurs have beaten them to the punch.

Sources in Belgium suggest that the young star has agreed to move to White Hart Lane but Spurs still have to agree a compensation package for the player.
