yeah me too but cant see him going to any of the other big 4 cos they have
enough firepower already. He might go to Spain but hopefully to us.
Ive been banging on about Berba for so long now. He would be the ultimate
last piece to our jigsaw.
Saying that, I wouldnt mind if we got Eto'o either. Top player on his day.

He's a good grab for them but I still think they are weak at the def side of there game . they'll be around 5 rank next year.

Inter Prepare €40m Bid For Eto'o

The Italian club have already failed in their attempt to land Liverpool’s Steven Gerrard after they had a £25m bid turned down by the Merseyside club.

Now Massimo Moratti is turning his attention to Eto’o who has been a target for the club for quite some time. Inter are also after Arsenal midifielder Alexander Hleb as the Nerazzurri are looking to build a side who will be capable of mounting a serious assault on both the Scudetto and Champions League.

It seems as if the Nerazzurri are also looking to try and lure Ronaldinho to San Siro after Milan failed in their attempts. The Rossoneri couldn’t meet Barcelona’s asking price for the Brazilian - but Moratti is a man who loves spending big - and he has the cash ready to bolster his side with some welcome additions from the Blaugrana.

Eto'o could move to Inter

If Spurs were to grab Eto'o, what a coup that would be. But I just can't see Eto'o at Spurs

I said we should go for him if we could grab him for £15-£25m. We should put in a bid of £20-£25m and see what happens imo.

If they signed a good keeper and central defender they could really compete.
I'm not sure if King will be there next season and if he;s not, they need someone, because Dawson and Kaboul aren't up to par (yet).

Keane Eto'o

Modric Jenas Huddlestone Lennon

Bale King Woodgate Hutton

?

I heard that they interest in Espanyol's Kameni

I really think that, with or without Eto'o, Spurs will be a great side next season.

I think that they'll really push for Europe and may even push for the Top 4, but that may take longer, and they won't get in anyway.

if spurs can get him why cant we ?

Spurs want Eto'o AND Ashton to replace Berbatov
JUANDE DOUBLES UP

SPURS are in the hunt for TWO top strikers to replace Dimitar Berbatov.

They have emerged as hot favourites to sign Barcelona striker Samuel Eto'o after making a formal £24million bid.

And they have also declared their interest in West Ham's Dean Ashton to his club.

Boss Juande Ramos knows Berbatov is on his way and he wants to spend a large part of the £30m he gets for the BulgarianonEto'o.

Ashton would cost Spurs only around £9m — and they are monitoring his contract negotiations at Upton Park.

as far as im aware, both of these strikers would be useful, but eto'o is one of the best strikers in the world why are we not interested in him ? a perfect foil for rooney and tevez? and a consistant goal machine ? c'mon fergie get the check book out before it's too late ... or maybe he's waiting for them to get eto'o so we can nab berbatov ? what do you think guys ?

I don't appreciate Eto'o so much. He's professional enough on the field but off the field... WIth Manucho, Welbeck & Campbell...

Perhaps it's time we brought some young ones through.
