Yes my opinion is as likely as yours but I doubt Ajax will let him go this close to the start of the new season. Ajax will have a small chance to find a replacement for their team captain in just a week.

and he clearly said that he want to be at OT
if SAF bid 20 m £ i dont think they will turn down the offer and they already bought a new striker some months ago with a record signing i think they will respect huntelaar decision

but i will feel bad really bad about Berba his career will be like ??? itself

I dont think 20M will impress Ajax. They have been struggling a few years now and have had embarrassing defeats in the qualifying rounds in CL. And selling their no 1 man now would be suicide for Ajax and van Basten. So 20 wont impress them much.
