The answer is he has got the raw talent to be world class , is he worth 21 million and will he settle in england quickly well that is another matter and a big gamble at the price , still if you do not gamble you do not win .
It is looking like we might get a deal which is performance related appearance related which is the way to go .

Cesar Bottega said: "There has been more contact (with Ferguson), even to know why he isn't currently playing.
"Ferguson has studied him closely. But it is clear he wants to confirm what people have told him up close."

It seems more and more like they are trying to con us with this deal, if he's as good as they say he is, or worth what they recon then they would let him have a trial and take the cash, 20 million for an 18 yr old kid is a hell of a lot of money. Especially for an unproven player like him.
