Just went to the premiere of the Incredible Hulk
It was WAY better than the last one with Eric Bana.....
I was a big fan of the original series on tv and the old Hulk even
    makes a cameo in it.
Ed Norton plays Hulk and the film is bloody awesome.
    Go see it

Last film I watched was This Is England.

Impressive debut by the little lad who was the star of the film and I thought it was a good insight into the Thatcher years, some of the effects of the Falklands War and the problems this country faced at the time e.g. skinhead gangs, racism, high unemployment etc.

If you don't like watching films that tackle issues such as racism and contain strong violence and a LOT of swearing then it won't be your cup of tea but I thought it was quite a good film.

I watched Sweeney Todd a few days ago too. Loved it. Pity he had to kill his wife but I knew it would happen. Depp's singing isn't amazing but his pitch is great.

Watched August Rush on Friday. Was ok. I've seen worse. No one on earth plays organ, piano & guitar at that level first time and the kid's conducting was useless. I'd throw my trumpet at him if I was in the NY Philharmonic. The number of co-incidences in the film almost completely screwed it up.

Also watched Jumper yesterday. Quite enjoyed it but it got shredded by almost every critic. Wasn't structured that well if I think about it.
