I just like how a Dad has to be the breadwinner and support their kids but can't smack em up when they get outta line.

At the end of the day, it's the father's fault. If he had raised his kids properly they wouldn't act retarded like that. I fully support the law concerning physical punishment in the home. It's put there to protect broken families. Neither my siblings nor I have ever been hit once in our entire lives by either of our parents and discipline has never been an issue.

RedForceRising will become famous soon enough
well maybe your temperament allowed your parents to raise you that way.

Thinking back, I must have been the most ill-behaved brat on the block and some kids I see nowadays are simply out of line.

If a kid is mild-mannered and obedient it's fine and dandy, but if a kid just is a wild one, then I think a smack is warranted.

well you were really lucky then..
lots of kids get beaten for mundane issues that in a normal family unit would never be a problem.
the law protects children.but wwhere do parents rights fit in?. parents can discipline children without using brute force.
but the law doesn't distinquish between a slap and a beating.
no body knows what really goes on in a home.why would that kid make such allegations?
attention maybe?
the law has actually taken away respect and by doing that has allowed many kids to run wild and behave in ways that are unacceptable.
you know why that is,because the youngsters now have no fear.no fear of authority or of anything. because at the end of the day, they can and do mostly whatever they like.
