Man in double transplant success
A German farmer who received a double arm transplant has showed off his two new limbs for the first time.

Karl Merk, 54, lost his arms in a farming accident six years ago.

On a sidenote...the hospital where the operations were carried out is the same one where The Babes were in '58.
