How do you know that? What's the highest level of opposition you've seen him play against?

How do you know he can make fools of top players in top league like Berba has? You don't, so shut up.

No, which is one of the reasons why he'll never be world class.

Berba's name has been mentioned in this thread before, iirc.

Because he doesn't have that ability?

    I thank you.

Once you've got the ability, you're world class.

    That is Flash's logic.

At least I was once interesting then, try harder and you might get there one day.

Except get anywhere near the first team, one gif and a lot of potential does not equate to a better player.

His mentality has nothing to do with his ability on the ball. Like B', he has world class attributes but doesn't have the consistency or mentality to be a world class player.

They both have world class potential.

Edit: B' mentality is changing, he's not as fragile as he once was. He's on his way to fulfilling his potential.

When Morrison shows the ability to do this:

Against top players, get back to me.

    1) If you have World class ability then you're World class player.

    2) If you're a World class player playing great, then you're World class player playing great.

    3) If you're a World class player playing poorly, then you're World class player playing poorly.

    4) If you no longer have World class ability, then you are no longer World class.

    5) If you have potential World class ability, then you are potentially World class.

Who said World class ability is exclusive to what a player can do with the ball? You have a very narrow view of what ability means. Ability can be different things to different players.

Ravel Morrison has not shown anything close to world class ability. He hasn't played against ****.

It doesn't matter who you're playing against. Trapping a 40 yard pass with your first touch against a non-league team is the same as trapping a 40 yard pass against a Premier League team.

If B' had done it in a friendly game, it would still be evidence of his world class first touch.

Even I have trapped a 40 yard pass with my first touch and I'm dogshit, Morrison clearly does not have better ability at this moment in time, move on.

Which only helps prove my point that he's not world class. He has some world class ability.

You've really spent 2+ pages talking about Ravel Morrison just to try and argue that Berbatov isn't world class? Cool tactic.

By Flash's logic, Berbatov is world class. He clearly isn't.

If he is world class, players like Taraabt, who can do even more amazing things with a football than Berbatov can, are world class.

I don't think they are. There's much more to being world class than having world class technique and vision.

I can trap a 40 yard pass, what the **** does that have to do anything. I occasionaly show the odd world class finish when kicking the ball against a brick wall.

Ravel Morrison could get eaten alive with the pace of top flight football for all you. To even suggest that he has world class ability when he's been going up against nothing is just ridiculous.
