Dimitar Berbatov Berbatov - world class or not ?

Is Berbatoiv world class?
I think that means is he in the same class as Messi, Ronaldo, Rooney etc, and could walk into any team....... the answer has to be no, he isn't.
He is more in the David Ginola enigma class, skilled yes but with attachments, has you off your seat with excitment for one match and the next few matches you want to strangle him. The only way I can describe Berbatov is, he's a bit like Jensen Button in a skoda, skilled but with a lousy engine.

World Class.....?

World Class players are players that are capable of walking into any side without even any resistance whatsover.Players like Ronaldo and Messi........those players that set the bar,raise the standards and are capable of changing an entire game just by coming off the bench..those are world class players..

Berbatov...?

To me, I dont think he's United caliber. Honestly...his goal tally last season astounded me,but his work rate and effort just dont go hand in hand with United's style of play. The tireless,self sacrificing and teamwork beats all mentality that United have just dont mesh well with Berbatov's style. To me, Berbatov is an entertainer,a player with incredible imagination and excellent technique,but football is rarely easy even with Berbatov's qualities.I always wonder what would have happened if we signed a different striker.........
