JamesDev, what makes you thinking that they´ll have that boring team in the next years? Roman will rebuild the team and maybe Hazard just likes to be a part of that. The whole "package" of money, club future, ambitions could have convinced him to sign for Chelsea.

Losing to Bayern in CL had not make a difference imo.

This is hardly confirmation of anything. A few days ago, people from all over were "confirming" that we were in pole position. I don't think this is the end of anything at all.

Exactly. Wont be paying attention to anything until sky sports have video evidence of him walking into wastelands, OT or Stamford bridge!

The amount of money required to turn that team into an exciting team would be insane and surely not comply with the new FFP rules.

Besides, all Abramovich had ever wanted was to win the Champions league. Now that he has that I wouldn't be one bit surprised to see him sell up in the near future.

Coming to United he would be the missing piece and could bring back that extra spark to our attack, chance to work with the best manager of all time, train at the best facilities, play infront of a packed OT every week, learn from Scholes and Giggs for at least one season and all this with a contract I assume is similar to Chelskis offer considering both offers on the table suit him. We are also offering him best chance to play in his favoured position if reports are to believed.

I don't think it was the CL victory that was important. It was the fact that because of it they were back in the CL next year.

Maybe this is where Nike step in to prevent a player they sponsor from joining a team whos kit is made by their biggest rival adidas :D

yeah. if they had only played EL they would sign cheaper players maybe

them winning CL should be an argument to sign for United. Ask yourself how likely is another CL win after 1, 2 years? Normally you win that and have to wait years for the next time. We´re winning it before Chelsea does again.

I posted it this morning, thinking "although United are likely to offer lower wages than City and Chelsea, sources close to the player suggest Hazard is being enticed by United’s history and standing in the game" could be worth its salt. But alas, it has since been overshadowed by the Chelsea talk that somehow seems to worth more.

Nah, Kagawa is better suited all along, don't you all agree?? :p

People are forgetting that he's out on international duty, he can't make his mind up day after day.

why should his agent be in London if he had chosen United? That old article said 3 offers on the table , one of them will be accepted. If his agent is in London it can only be to finalize the deal.
