Gaming Fifa 11

Scoring goals is the most difficult aspect of FIFA11. The defences are too good. You'll rarely get a one on one with the keeper or score a 30 yard screamer. You really have to work for your goals. It's probably too realistic.

That said, I'm loyal to FIFA. I have every FIFA since FIFA 95 still in my house.

I could never get into PES. I've bought the last two PES games with old vouchers that I had to use up before the start of the year, but all I did was play them for a half an hour and didn't go near them after that.

Fifa is far too scrappy this year, especially when your players will just randomly miss simple passes and pass to the wrong player in the middle of your attacks.

I'm convinced it's scripted - without wanting to sound like one of those conspiracy theorists...

When I play against the computer the amount of times the ball will break luckily for them is insane, the referee constantly gives free kicks, yellows & reds for clean tackles as well. The tackling system is ****ed, even if you time your slide or standing tackle perfectly there's a chance your player will just randomly kick their knees and send them flying.

I really do think it's rigged though, for all the reasons you mentioned and many more - me and my brother both noticed similar things, so we played against each other over and over, and whichever one of us wins always does so as a result of something going wrong (from the AI) with the other team

FIFA is a great game in my opinion, after the bugs which appear in pretty much every game, the only thing that needs improvement is a points deduction from players who quit games online.

I create totally ficticious teams and players sometimes. I'm working on a fantasy League as we speak - I'll bet if I spent more time playing PES over the years, than editing, I could have been world Champion by now!!

I'm a real stickler for accuracy in football games, which is why I spent hours assigning stadiums in the first place.

On FIFA right now I'm experimenting with Borussia Dortmund, very under-rated team on the game and their 4.5 stars gets you a few extra points against all the players that pick 5 star teams.

I play a 4-3-1-2, Gotze playing just behind Lucas Barrios & Zidan, very good link up play!

played my first couple of games for a few months last night, completely dominated possession (70%+ in each match) and pass accuracy was around 90% in each match, but really struggled to create any clear chances - averaged about 4 per game and the only goal i scored was from a chipped through ball. most attacks seemed to break down on the edge of the area due to sloppy passing or the ball bouncing off rooney/berbatov, which was kind of frustrating.

Decided to play a few games over the past couple of days. It's still awful.

fifa11 is all about be a pro this time round i also think that the 1v1 online will fade out over the next few years.

has any1 started a club for fourm/site?

Never.

We had one that we played very regularly on 10. Carried it over to 11 but because clubs was so broken I think everyone stopped playing it. I know I did.

i never play Be a Pro, i find it ****.

Be a Pro is the best thing about Fifa 11, and it's main redeeming factor after regressing from Fifa 10 in pretty much every other area.

Had a great game with someone today. Was ahead 2-0 at half time, then he scored 3 goals in quick succession to make it 3-2. I pegged back immediately to make it 3-3 and then scored in extra time to win the match 4-3

so who here are good dribble? I suck at it, wich dribble is the easiest to succeed? halp?
