Guillermo Ochoa?

I'm not sure if the transfer is a reality but in Mexico we've been talking about it this past week, and some webpages say Man U offered 10 million euros as Agind showed us. But I think we have tro wait until December to see if United actually offered 10 million for Ochoa. And, what do you think there in Manchester if Ochoa arrives, do you think he would sustitute Kuszczak in the bench, or he would be third keeper?

Not really every major transfer i have known about.

We have three keepers as well so where would he fit in.

how good is his handling? (catching crosses etc) decision making? and positional play? i've seen he's a good shot stopper but so are many other keepers he needs the full package if he wants to play for utd

Club America are ready to sell goalkeeper Guillermo Ochoa to Manchester United.

Mexico international Ochoa, a nominee for this year's Ballon d'Or, has confirmed his agent is in negotiations with United over a three-year contract.

Excelsior says Club America are seeking �7 million for Ochoa.

"It's a great league (England), without doubt one of the best, it would be very competitive and very exciting," said the goalkeeper.

"My departure would depend on conditions that are favorable to the club and obviously for me.

have to wait till or if it happens first. We have 3 good keepers at the moment. Unless Foster is planning to leg it elsewhere to get 1st team football, I cant see why we would bother with this guy Ochoa. He seems talented nonetheless.

VDS I doubt will be with United much longer! He is coming of age in the footballing world ....

I'm also from Mexico and I think the offer is for real, I'm also a ManU supporter and I think that Ochoa is much better than Kuzcak. It would be a great transfer for ManU, but it would be a devastating blow to America because our defense sucks and Ochoa is our savior every match.

well, it is a huge offer en mexico, guardado has being the biggest sale lately, 7 millions too, i think that ochoa won't leave america for less than 10 millions, and he really is worth that believe me...he has great reflexes, good in the air and on the ground, knows how to play with his feet, his kicks are no just clearing the ball, but perfect passes to where he wants to put the ball...overall he is a greeeat keeper, probably not the 3rd best keeper, but i can say he is in the top 5.

Well the most expensive player last transfer window was Adolfo Bautista who went from Chivas to Jaguares, I think he was sold in 3,5 million mexican pesos. You could say that £7 million is a huge offer.

ok, i was watching the news like two seconds ago and they said that a british newspaper said that Man U offered 7.5 pounds, around 10 Million euros, and that Ferguson said that Ochoa was the perfect substitute for Van Der Sar this season.
