I'm leaning towards the London Irish because they were on an episode of Jackass. Any suggestions? Also leaning towards the Sale Sharks because they have Chabal. I've already chosen to support USA and the European nations I have lineage to in the World Cup, and Australia.

Yes mate, so what better reason to support them. The devil on the club badge stems from the club's nickname "The Red Devils", which was adopted in the early 1960s after Matt Busby heard it in reference to the red-shirted Salford rugby league side. By the end of the 1960s, the devil had started to be included on club programmes and scarves, before it was finally incorporated into the club badge in 1970, holding its unmistakable trident. .
rugby league is a game for ******* ignore all these links to utd and get behind the saints ----- oh when the saints go marching in --- you know you want to
You sir, have sold me. I, in all honesty REALLY want to be in that number. So for Rugby Union I am a Saints supporter, but since I do adore United more than anything in the world, in Rugby League I'll support Salford
The only rugby game I have been to was the Leicester Tigers against the Sale Sharks. I should have been supporting Sale because they are my local(ish) team but our business partner supplied Leicester so I cheered them to victory. I got really into it. It was pouring with rain, I was drunk and it was a good game. I usually only watch England/Great Britain! However, a popular saying by my parents when I was growing up was '3 points to Wigan' whenever I hit a shot over the bar when playing football (it happened quite a lot ) so I would recommend Wigan for rugby league but Sale or Leicester for union.
I really don't like rugby at all but whenever Wigan get to the Super league final me and my Dad always used to go and watch it at OT and it was a good day out, great atmosphere. Haven't been for years though cos Wigan are now crap
saints is the only ground in the world with a lighthouse backing onto the stand . being 90 miles from any sea makes it even weirder , it also has the finest mass flocking displays of starlings in february . the guiness flows freely and fans banter is first class http://www.bbc.co.uk/northamptonshire/content/articles/2007/02/01/starlings_over_sixfields_feature.shtml http://www.bbc.co.uk/legacies/heritage/england/northants/article_1.shtml
That sounds glorious I've been reading up on the history of the club, I hope to make it to a game soon too.
