i dont like bookies paying out early. it might be five points but only takes a draw from utd and city are right back in it. i think (well hope) arsenal can do them on sunday and we are 8 clear after beating QPR then and only then might i relax on this 20th title. still a few twist and turns to go people and fergie saying the same. i do think we will win our 20th, i have been saying all along if we there there or there abouts after feb and march we will win it

I know what you mean but Ladbrokes have United at 10 to 1 ON to win the title now. City are out at 5/1.

    Arsenal are 1000/1 :D

I remember Fred Done paying out early, and then Arsenal winning the title.

lo just was reading it , listen to what this one had to say(sound a little like red fan)

"Hopefully, we will applaud them onto the pitch whilst singing glory glory man utd.

Then we will bow down and prostrate ourselves in front of pictures on the big screens of the lovely fella Roy Keane

Then we will join our red brothers in a good old jolly sing song of we are the champions

When Fergie lifts the trophy we will all aplaud and a sing one Sir Alex to him and recognise he is the greatest

On the way out we should line the roads with palm olives and offer the MIBS flagons of wine and exoctic dancers from Lowestoft

When we return home we must thank the lord because the lord is red.

    That makes for brilliant reading.

I'm torn between making them show respect for this seasons better team or wanting them to act like a unified bunch of absolute twats and embarrass their club, followed by an embarrassing performance by the players. Fingers crossed!

Can't count the chickens just yet though. Their performance at the Emirates will be telling.

I saw that but the guy has over 40,000 posts! If he's been ribbing the bitters for over 40,000 posts on Blue Moon then that man deserves a medal

I thought Id do a little analysis these are just my thoughts (usual health warnings about poor performances, decision making, referees, or just inspired perfomances by opponents apply) It could happen this way and lets be honest footy is so unpredictable who knows, we shouldnt have lost 2-3 at home to Blackbum. So ill call this for fun rather than predicting

    Sun 8 Apr 2012 - Premier League
    • Man UtdvQPR 13:30 Despite all the potential pratfalls I cant see past a win by United 8 point lead
Chiteh play the Arse away, I think the Arse will be up for it and need the win and are at home, Chiteh are not cutting the mustard away, but Ill play safe and go for a draw 7 point lead
    Wed 11 Apr 2012 - Premier League

Man CityvWest Brom 19:45 home win for Chiteh
    • WiganvMan Utd 19:45 Wigan are fighting for their lives, on form and at home, I dont think they're equiped tho and there'll be a bigger louder united following than at Blackbum, United win lead still 7 points
    Sat 14 Apr 2012 - Premier League
NorwichvMan City 12:45 Norwich aint bad at home, Chitehs away form plus the psyscological effect of the results to date. Draw, gap now 6 points
    Sun 15 Apr 2012 - Premier League
    • Man UtdvAston Villa 16:00 Home win, Villa arent too impressive away atm gap 9 points
    Sun 22 Apr 2012 - Premier League
    • Man UtdvEverton 12:30 again, I dont see Everton winning, win for United who by now will have the winning post in sight gap up to 12 points can only lose on GD now
    • WolvesV ManCity 16:00, not yet game over (on paper Chiteh have 12 points to play for so could win on GD if United lose all remaining games - how horid and ironic would that be, Chiteh win the league on GD and claim it was the 1-6 that did it) So Chiteh might be thinking that its game over unless Mankini can keep them from seeing the United results. Draw I think, gap now 11 points with 9 to play for and game over
    Mon 30 Apr 2012 - Premier League
    • Man CtyvMan Utd 20:00 Ill go for a draw, Chiteh wont have anything left to loose, pressure off, point to make, but the same goes for United.
    Sun 6 May 2012 - Premier League
    • Man UtdvSwansea 14:00 foot off the pedal who knows what will happen draw
    • NewcattlevMan Citeh 14:00 Chiteh, foot off the pedal Newcattle may still have something to play for home win 12 point lead for United

    Sun 13 May 2012 - Premier League
    • SunderlandvManUtd 15:00 Sunderland will be up for it, United wont, to busy celebrating, home win
    • Man CityVQPR 15:00 Who knows, I reckon QPR will be down by then and both will have a point to prove, win for Chiteh, United win the league by 9 points

I wonder if the Chiteh fans are looking at this?
One thing I note is for all their claims about how classy they are a lot of nasty words used to describe us in BM that I've never seen a United fan use about Chiteh in a forum - Im sure there are, but they arent as easy for me to find

I agree 100% with what you've said, all we need to do is worry about ourselves and never mind what that lots doing, win our next lot of games and get at least a point at wastelands and i feel the league is ours :)

City will now enter a mini-version of the tough-fixture run that we did a couple of months back. It is their turn now to ensure that they come out at the other end of these fixtures with still just a 5 point gap - to just "survive in the title race", as Gary Neville called it. For what it's worth - I hope the Gooners absolutely pulverise them on Sunday!
