More links with him recently, apparently Fergie is frustrated and just willing to pay the release fee, around £26 million...
Its all over the internet, however no source is worth believing until its confirmed by MUFC. Doubt we'll sign anyone in Jan, im not being negative I'm being honest. SAF believes in Anderson and Cleverley and when their back fit, will both be our starting CM. IF we do any business in January, i can see it being Diouf and Gibson out, and maybe Macheda on loan, depending on the fitness situations with Berbatov and Owen
I'm not getting my hopes up but this would be a real boost. We could play him beside Carrick for now and let a front four of Nani, Young, Rooney, Welbeck/Chicharito run wild. Evra wouldn't get caught out on the counter attack as much.
Really!?, £26m is probably close to his current value anyway, why argue over a few million, get it done Fergie!
he is quality but agree we won't buy anybody, fergie needs to get rid of some rubbish i.e gibson (very lazy and not good enough) carrick (gets caught out alot and can't unlock a defence, constantly gives ball away when passing forward so goes back or sideways)fletcher(same as carrick, can't pass forward)anderson(runs around like headless chicken giving ball away!!!fabio aswell (dives into tackles and gives away silly free kicks)we need martinez and then a special playmaker like modric sneijder eriksen or ganso!!!maybe a spare left back like jordi alba, and winger like hazard or gotze????
they mentioned it the Guardian this morning... ive seen quite a bit of him this season so far, and he really does have something that you can tell will blossom fully into world class talent one day also, with the success of cesc, silva, alonso, mata, torres, arteta, he might genuinely think to himself that england does really appreciate the skill and craft of spanish midfielders/attackers, and that they are (especially today) treated almost like royalty oi de gea... have a word
when our midfield is this bad, and we're struggling for form... i'll take any rumour i can get! it was definitely in the Guardians 'rumour mill' section this morning (but even the Guardian themselves dont take the section seriously, as anyone will know who has ever read it, and only really use it to 'mock' other rumours) Football transfer rumours: Andy Carroll on his way back to Newcastle? | Football | guardian.co.uk
he's played a lot this season a CB... he is like 6ft 2" or 3" though big, hard, very intelligent, and most importantly, proper captain material... no fuss, no nonsense
