I was checking through twitter and came across an article from some obscure website which stated we have had an offer of £15 Million rejected. Possibility we will make a new offer too according to article. The article also stated that we are chasing 2 attacking midfielders, a left back and a forward. Kagawa, Hazard, Baines and Lewandowski. It also was alot more interesting read compared to tabloid newspapers and BBC/Sky sports stories so i felt they were more genuine. Sorry i cant provide the link to the website/article but have pretty much summed it up anyway.
If you're referring to the first post, then you didn't understand what I said. It was said as a consequence to losing Lewandowski, as at the time Kagawa just declared leaving.
Unless were selling Rooney or Hernandez i honestly can't see us spending 20 million if not more on a striker who isn't going to be first team. Although if you think about it Rooney, Hernandez, Welbeck and Lewandowski is a set of 4 strikers to rival those we had in 99.
All this talk makes me worried that we will play Kagawa in central midfield. There is no way we need another striker if we plan to use an attacking midfielder.
There's ways around that How entertaining would that be CarrickValencia Kagawa YoungLew RooneyIn saying that I don't think there is a hope in hell that we will sign him
Can't see us signing him, although with Owen leaving and Berba probably leaving too, we look a little short up front with just Rooney Welbeck and Hernandez. More importantly have we actually signed Kagawa or just agreed terms?
The quote was lost in translation. He was just trying to say that being linked to these clubs show how good they are
Didn't Kagawa say something about Lewandowski being incredibly selfish? Or was it a mistranslation? Not sure Kwagger would like that after finally getting away from him...
he said that, yes. Forget the Lew/Rooney thing, its clear as f**k Fergie favours the Rooney / Welbeck partnership.
This is certainly not the area we need to spend to improve. I would be so disappointed with Fergie if true and might consider watching cricket instead.....
Rumours that Robert Lewandowski is close to signing for United coming out of Poland via a CNN-journo. Dare we hope? A tweet someone just made... Doubt it still myself.
