I would love to have one or two of most of those players. I don't know much about those 2 Benfica lads though

If I could pick any two players on that list for fergie to sign for me it would be Modric and M'Villa. I think they would compliment each other really well, M'Villa is bvery young and Modric has a good number of years ahead of him but not too many that he would disrupt the progress of Morrsion and Pogba too much and could easily be rotated with them when the time comes.

I would love to have M'Vila here as well but the more I think about it the more I like the idea of Rodwell filling that role for us. They're similar in playing style and age but obivously M'Vila is the better player at the moment. I think Rodwell have a huge potential though and if played under SAF I think he develop into a great player for us, plus he's english as well. Him and Chunks in a future central midfield would look great.

Wasnt we offered Rodwell at some point or did i imagine that? I think he would be the easiest to capture but being English his price will be increased. Christian Eriksen would be the one i would like to get but he is one for the future and i think we could do with somebody ''already there'' with regards to reaching his potential.

One i would least fancy out that list is WS

There are a few on the list who have great potential but aren't yet the finished article. Of those that are the finished article of course Sneijder, De Rossi, Schweinsteiger and Modric would be fantastic additions to our midfield. I can't see any of the four happening though. When Wesley Sneijder is the most likely of the four to wear the red of United it's not a very likely bunch.

Rodwell would be a good one to go for from the list. He knows the Prem and is a young English player with the potential for improvement. Not to mention the fact that Everton are skint and would find it difficult to resist a decent bid.

Disappointed that Marek Hamsik isn't on the list. That guy is top drawer. We'd have to pay a shitload to get him because Napoli aren't a club under pressure to sell, but I think it'd probably be worth it. The guy is a class act. So class that he can even be excused for his ridiculous haircut.

The one that stands out as "gettable" is young Sandro from Spurs - I like the kid, and am surprised he wasn't more involved this season.

Don't get blinded by the £10m price tag. It will be much, much higher.

I'd take any of them in a heartbeat, except maybe Sneijder, who wouldn't be worth the fee.

Also, no way in hell De Rossi would cost £30million. With his contract situation and his age, it'd be closer to £15m.

Whatever happened to Own Goal? He had a fantastic season with us 2 years ago and hasn't really performed since.

He was more of a trequarista than an out and out midfielder IIRC. . He had 1 good season and got arrogant and big headed. Wasted talent if you ask me.
