And as for this..... i totally agree with ya. None of the above names would fit the bill at United so if that's the best we can do then i feel its gonna be a very disappointing year.
As I've said all along i would make Luka Modric the main target... obviously we'll not get him in January, but should go all out in the summer. Also like the look of Mario Goetze, good young talent and could progress into a world great with the right help, like what we did with Ronaldo. Also i have seen a few people mention Yann M'Vila, haven't seen much of him to really comment but if hes as good as people are saying on here then why not at the right price... and also this young guy Erikkson, now we've got Ajax to play in the Europa League, it'll give us all a good look at what he can do. That's my shortlist of potential players that i would like to see at the club, but as for a January target i don't know who we could bring in... for some reason Sneijder keeps popping into my head. Sure Inter are in the Champions League but are they likely to win it??.... probably not. And their domestic campaign hasn't been good so far, so could this sway Sneijder into a move away? And what about Lass Diarra? A load of players mentioned there i know, so any thoughts on what u think we should do?
If it is a player with Ronaldos ability, not to mention his goal ratio, i think he would have to have him back... his stubbornness would have to go out the window for that one.
