    I'd like to point out, something which (at least partly) counters both of you 2 fine gentlemen's points...

    In the game where Flash (who's one of my favourite posters) picked Berbatov (who is my current favourite player), I didn't even have him in my top 5, why? poor formation...

    PS: piazza, he played a 4-1-3-2 (iirc) like you're playing now and none of the judges had him in the top 5, albeit he had less industrious players than you in attack.

    Really? We both have Muller for a start and Ronny and Vaart aren't more or equally industrious as Mata and Pastore?

    Doesn't matter though as at least I'm a judge on this one and will be making my picks based on how good they are not just my personal preference to formation and players.

    My midfield is better for having De Jong than Alonso. I need steel, not satin. No denying Alonso is a much better footballer though. Just not what I felt I needed.

    Fair play, that's your preference.

    I was just seeing how in attack (like hd said), I had less industrious players.

    Besides I can also appreciate that formations aren't chiseled in stone and can be flexible. So your 4-1-3-2 formation as with others could change through different phases of play.

    Man, I loved your team, but Abidal killed it. Abidal is a fantastic LB defensively, but he doesn't offer much going forward and your team lacks width. You should've picked an offensive LB like Evra.
