As with every other draft game, it's presumably still ability, and then form as a factor.

Oh, i was thinking it was on how they perform at the euro's Therefore even if i was given the choice Ronaldo wouldnt have been my first choice, cause he doesnt perform for the national team!

The rate at which some pick it wouldn't be that long a wait.

If it went on performances at the Euros I'd join in.

As with the World Cup draft, it's done before the Euro's so that it can be based on ability and not their performances in the Euro's.
