Fergie didn't mention anything at his press yesterday, hope it's not true

Mancini has admitted he's thinking about bringing Balotelli back into the squad on Monday.

    http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/17867240

What a turncoat! First he says Tevez will never play for the club again and then he said Balotelli would not play for them again this season! If he doesn't pay attention to what he's saying why should anyone else?!

Smalling can come back in and do a good job if Evans is out. To be honest, its more important we have Rio back there for the experience, particularly with Evra's poor positioning at times.

    Carrick Scholes
    TonyV Young Nani

deploy that SAF and al be happy cause that seems to be our strongest midfield at moment. with nani with young interchanging positions test their right wingback.

Mark Lawrenson is up against Clive Woodward in this week's Premier League predictions.

Lawro has gone for 1-1 (doesn't he always when the big clubs play each other?!)

Sir Woodward has gone for 2-0 City...which is a shame because now his World Cup win with England in 2003 means nothing to me.

Don't mind if Evans is out, I would actually like to see Smalling. Evans has had a few dodgy games now and we need to be strong at the back.

As long as Ferdinand and Jones are not the 2 central defenders am not to worried Aguero and Tevez pace would cause them problems. If Evans does not make it would rather see Smalling play there.

Mancini is a clown. Players have more power at City than him.

    I laughed....

I expect Rooney to start and Welbeck and Hernandez on the bench. But also when we play with two strikers....Fergie rarely brings on two strikers, his substitutions are mostly midfielders.

Funny enough I heard the same thing at lunch time yesterday and that did'nt come from The Times. ;)

I think the weekend papers could quite possibly run a rather big story ahead of the Derby from other whispers I'm hearing.
Not sure it relates to Evans either.
