    The laughable thing is how many people on this site labelled Valencia a failure before he played a game for Utd ,based on the fact he came here from Wigan .it was plain to see he was a hard working winger with bags of pace ,who had every chance of success at Utd ,i am glad he has proven himself and is amongst our best players . Van Persie deserves to win all prizes this year and i am sure he will get them too .

    Even last season a lot of posters in here where writing him off and labeling overrated after the Barcelona game, I remember getting laughed at for calling him one of the top 5 best wingers in the world in the Alexis Sanchez thread, he has been absolutely fantastic this season, I personally rate him higher than Nani.
