No doubt Scholes has done a great job under the circumstances and he deserves a temendous amount of credit for that. But I'll ask one key question, are we likely to get better with him continuing to play a key role next season?
+ !!! why not let Pogba go and buy a complete, ready player who can replace Scholes? Replace I mean. Not someone to rotate with for the games when Scholes is rested. As long as this doesnt happen we´ll fail again in Europe.
You can't replace Scholes though. Whenever a big player leaves you always need to spend big to replace them. Whenever a true great player leaves, you always try to change the way you play a little. We did it with Ronaldo and we'll do it with Scholes no doubt.
of course no identical player, thats not possible I know that because no player is 100% like another. But the same type of player Scholes is , a player who has the same qualities.
