    I think for 'season' performer, particularly since the turn of the year, my vote goes for Jonny Evans.

    It's not easy to quietly restore your reputation in the manner he has, and he's been our mainstay centre back in spite of Smalling and Jones being looked at as the stand out youngsters. Carrick gets my second vote.

    Valencia misses out just because he's been in and out with injury over the season. Rooney's scored a hat full but he's doing so whilst playing shite at points. I don't really know if that's a good thing.
