Out and out strikers? They can ALL play on the wing and have done several times! You wouldn't call Rooney a winger but he still does a good job there and he's had his fair share of brilliant performances from the wing and he never played there before he came here. Players like Vucinic and Aguero already play on the wings sometimes and so does Castaignos don't tell me he doesnt.

Also, Castaignos is known for his ability on the ball but more importantly his pace. If he hasn't been played on the wing yet, as you so strongly suggest, he will be one day as he seems perfect for a role there.

you're not entirely correct there. He may not play in a striker position, but he plays well as support attacker for Liedson. He's doesn't have the playmaker vision to play in Lampard's position and style. He can play in the left and the right, but he likes to play toward the goal.

Vucinic would be a good buy, but he is ridiculously overpriced IMO
