10 is impossible to do, 20 is also ******* hard, but more reasonable than 30.

    Let's do it:

Rules - 1 per artist and only 20 albums.

Untrue and Grace were left out with tears. Good call of Jar of Flies, definitely top 40 for me. Oh and you reminded me that I didn't include Black Sabbath's Heaven and Hell. Dio's Sabbath > Ozzy's.
Surprised with Farm, it's a nice album nonetheless. Surprised by the lack of Sonic Youth albums.

The only album I don't really like from your list is Dark Side of the Moon, which is a brilliant album, but massively overrated by fans and media.
Animals, Wish you were here, Meddle, The Piper at the Gates of Dawn and A Saucerful of Secrets are all better but don't get any credit.

i might disagree with those floyd comments to an extent... but as long as nobody puts The Wall on their list, there is no need for a dispute

I actually love the Wall. I believe that the albums I listed are better than Dark Side of the Moon, yet don't get any hype. Animals and Wish You Where Here are, for me, better by a margin.

The Wall is an album that you have to listen to from start to finish with extreme concentration or otherwise you won't enjoy it. Like it or not, you can't disagree that Comfortably Numb, Goodbye Blue Sky and Another Brick In The Wall Pt.2 are among the best songs Pink Floyd ever made. Mother and Hey You are also quality songs.

I love Syd Barrett and his Pink Floyd, so this is why I put the first two albums there. Saucerful is special album, because it has both Gilmour and Syd on it.

Can only think of a few of the top of my head, but 'Appetite for destruction' by Guns n' Roses would be up there. And another i find addictive to listening to is 'Tranformer man' by William Shatner...its just class on so many levels
