Wembley stadium will be the location where we march into battle with Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday, hoping for our second piece of silverware this season. We’ll see our most promising youngsters go head to head with a struggling Spurs team now managed by ‘arry Redknapp in an encounter that will test the big game nerves of the likes of Danny Welbeck and Darron Gibson. It’s also likely to be used as an opportunity for Wayne Rooney to prove his fitness.
Welbeck and Gibson will almost certainly start. Fergie has promised us he’ll keep his faith in them after their quality performances earned us our place in the final. One youngster that will miss out is Brazilian Rafael Da Silva. He will reportedly be out for a month with a fractured ankle.

Carling Cup
Victory for us would see Fergie collect his third Carling Cup winners medal, a haul that only George Graham and Bob Paisley equal, while Brian Clough leads the way with four wins.
Our defence has been the focus of much of the praise we’ve recently and rightly so. The recent run of clean sheets shows just how good our defenders have been playing. This will be a big stumbling block for Spurs to overcome if they are to beat us, especially when you consider that they’ll be without Robbie Keane who is cup tied.
Other notable absentees from the game include midfielder Wilson Palacios, Defender Pascal Chimbonda and new stopper Carlo Cudicini, all key players who will weaken Spurs considerably in all areas of the pitch.
Two weakened teams will take to the pitch on Sunday, which one will be victorious?
