No IMO. As a Scotsman we missed out the better of the two keepers when Craig Gordon went to Sunderland. We should have taken him and groomed him to be the numbr one ASAP. McGregor is ok but has a shaky side and also has a very good defence in front of him. He's had one half decent 6 or so months. He needs to be more consistent before even thinking about him.
