I'm sorry but at the beginning of the season I felt that this year I could maybe make an impact in fantasy football. Previous years have been my learning curve.

This year though, I was ready. I had experience. I had good players. I had in depth knowledge of the transfer market.

It was all good. Tottenham were clearly going to break the top four. Aston Villa were going to be a threat as usual. Everton might struggle due to lack of depth.

Then the league started. Crud. How the hell do Bentley, Modric, Dos Santos... blah blah let themselves be schooled by first Middlesbrough & now Sunderland?

Right now across the globe punters, I'm not one of them, are crying & some lucky yet ignorant part time gamblers whose multi bets

on Middlesbrough to beat Tottenham, Fulham to beat Arsenal & Stoke to beat Villa were greeted with much hilarity are currently wondering

whether to buy a boat or a Porsche with their winnings.

EDIT: SPORTS TAB ODDS: FULHAM WIN VS ARSENAL = $7.00 | STOKE WIN VS ASTON VILLA = $4.70 | SUNDERLAND TO WIN VS TOTTENHAM = $6.25

MULTIBET: FULHAM TO WIN + STOKE TO WIN + SUNDERLAND TO WIN = $7.00 * $4.70 * $6.25 = $205.60 ODDS

A MULTIBET MEANS ALL THREE OF THOSE OUTCOMES MUST BE CORRECT, WHICH THEY WERE. IF I HAD PLACED $50 ON THAT MULTIBET...

FULHAM/STOKE/SUNDERLAND TO WIN @ $205.60 * $50 = $10 280 ==> I COULD HAVE BOUGHT A CAR FROM ONE BET. SPEECHLESS.

It's just not fair. Ramos is very good. His players are very good. Forget it. Aston Villa. How can a team put 2 goals past Stoke and still lose?

Especially after thrashing Man City the week before. 6 goals in 2 matches. If only they didn't also concede 5 goals in the same period.

Arsenal Vs Fulham. Yeah that one just baffles me. I mean not just that Fulham are meant to be easy meat. It's the fact that it's a derby match of sorts.

You'd think that even with a depleted squad Arsenal players would be pumped enough to at least register a goal.

I'm not even going to talk about us drawing with Newcastle. Everton going down to Blackburn, who incidentally drew this week with Hull.

My fantasy football is dead and buried and it's only week 2. This really get's my goat. Rant over.

Tell me about it mate...

I get rid of Gerrard for Lampard and yeah Gerrard scores! I trade in Agbanlahor who you would think will score v Stoke but nooo....

I am still so ticked off about the fact how the scousers won their past two games when at least they were both clear draws!!! I watched the Poo v Boro game and they just seriously fluked it...unlucky Boro. I will go nuts if we don't beat them on the 13th of September!

Thank God United are usually the ones surprising lol. Its our reputation of bagging goals late in games. Great one to have too.

Oh I know. :) I know it sounds like I'm complaining, maybe a little, but truthfully I love the fact that the premiership is starting to get depth.

Depth in quality right down to the bottom teams. it makes things far more exciting. Except when you're playing fantasy football. ;)

relax.
Its a long old season. Plenty of twists and turns to come yet.
And you can pipe down with winning that 10k.
Who in their right mind would have bet on Fulham, Sunderland & Stoke to win.
Its easy in hindsight to say you should have done this, that or the other....
but its BS....Its still early doors. Plenty of time to make a few quid or have your
fantasy team to do well.
