The Nou Camp doesnt fill up much then. Fair play to Borrusia Dortmund fans. They are fairly ***** and they still get 72,000 fans in.

The bundesliga has really cheap admission from what I understand, good for them for not fleecing the fans.

If that list is accurate, which I'm assuming it is, I'm laughing hysterically at Liverpoo right now. A second division team from Germany averaged more people per match than Liverpoo did!

(Bundesliga 2) FC Köln - 43,741
Liverpool - 43,532

:D

Borussia Dortmund's stadium holds 80,552 people. But the thing that interests me most of the ratio of people/capacity. Madrid's is about 95%, Dortmund's is about 92%, Barça's is about 70%, while ours is 99%. So of the larger clubs, we're able to fill our stadium more often than other clubs.

Good post I would like to see if any of these clubs could get anywhere near 70.000 for a pre season friendly.

For the record the Bundesliga has the highest attendence on average in all of Europe and also generate the most sponsorship money! Yes, even more than the EPL!

I see that Wigan are one of the few Premier League teams not to feature in that top 100. No doubt the pie eaters were too busy watching rugby.

The german league is great for the fans they have safe standing, cheap tickets and are aloud to drink! Because of this that generates amazing atmosphere and of course higher attendances.

To be honest though most people in Wigan support United wigan have only been a decent club for the last 10 years so loads supported United as its only down the motorway.

The chairman of Wigan is a joke anyway he has killed the Wigan warriors with the football team he owns both yet only spends his money on the football because of the sponsership money involved .

Wigan warriors have a great history but he has destroyed them with his greed .
