Bojan Set For €80m Price Tag
Bojan is presently on a contract that amounts to little more than a youth deal, with a wage packet to match.
With the striker likely to become one of Europe's hottest forward properties over the next couple of seasons, the blaugrana hierarchy are looking to arrange a new deal for the Serbo-Catalan youngster as soon as possible.
It is rumoured that the Spanish U-21 international will soon pen a deal that keeps him at Camp Nou until 2013. What's more, it will have a minimum release clause of €80m.
While such a clause is unlikely to be met by any potential suitor, the idea of even a cut-price sale would also be decreased due to the fact that this new deal would also provide Bojan with a considerable pay increase. Plus, both play and club are mutually happy with each other.
In addition to Bojan, some older players are also in line for new deals, including Xavi, Carles Puyol and even Rafael Márquez. Andrés Iniesta, meanwhile, recently signed on until 2014.
