I think its a two horse race between United and the little club from London. Liverpool shouldnt be forgotten because with a good start of the season they could make it a 3 team race.

Liverpool may have spent big this summer but so have Spurs. In the past 2 seasons they have spent £10m on Berbatov and £16.5m on Bent - they need to be taken seriously with that kind of spending power.
