hi everyone!!

i know everyone is gutted about yesterday me included, we can all go on to blame and accuse players, refs managers etc etc etc etc

can we now put that behind us.......... start to create positive threads about our team and the games ahead :)

lets get behind our double CHAMPIONS on the forum and Old Trafford!!

:) no negative posts in this thread please !! :)

Sack Fergie, sell Giggs :D

Only joking, you're absolutely right, there is too much negativity sometimes. It is understandable after losing to our
biggest rivals but I always try to look on the bright side. We can't win every game of the season and as much as we'd
like to...we can't win every time we visit Anfailed.

Rather than bashing all the players we should get behind them because negativity of the fans can be passed down to the those on the pitch.

Well said Cassie. Staying positive and having belief in the team is the right
attitude to have. We cant stop people making threads though and members are
entitled to talk about what they like (within reason)
Having different sides to each topic can make for some good debate and its why
we have the forum in the first place. So let all the doubters and the bashers
vent their anger....at least it means we can all laugh at them come the end of the
season ;-) when we are right and they are wrong.

1 When we hit top gear i dont think anyone in this league will match us!
2 We are capable of putting a run of 15+ league games unbeating
3 Im thinking we will beat Villareal and get a result against Chelsea
4 Who are you to question a Manager of the greatest team in the world, we just havnt hit form yet! Nobodies fault.
5 Think positive, and lets forget the loss

This being my first season on this forum is this what its like when United lose a game . I'm all for people expressing their opinion but some of the first threads were just knee jerk reactions to losing to the dippers .
In a way losing a game like Saturdays does not really bother me because when you play badly and lose its not too bad . When you play well and lose it sticks in your throat .
One thing is we are all passionate about United which is a good thing . But time and time again United have proved everyone wrong . Why should this year be any different .

We had a bad day at the office. It was really hard to see us lose to Liverpool but its over now and we need to pick ourselves up for two massive games.

Great teams know how to bounce back from a defeat and I think the lads will be hungry for sucess to prove all the critics and doubters wrong.

We've got double the amount of points we had at the same stage last season so no need to panic just yet ;)

we will improve immensly when ronaldo returns and berbatov beds in ,but it has shown us how one dimensional we are without ronaldo in the team. we should not be so reliant on a single player ,we are the champions of europe and the players should grow in stature not shrink like they have done in these early games!things will get a whole lot better though {just hope chelsea aren't outta sight}.

Yes , let's be positive. After the Man City game they came back strong to beat Arsenal 4-0. It was the manner of that performance that gives me hope. I think the players will be hurting. Maybe it will wake them up a bit. After winning things most teams have a tendency to sit on their laurels. But we are not "most teams".

I'm looking forward to some hard tackles going in at the Bridge. Is that positive enough for you?

Well said, Yes we lost and worst of all it was against Liverpoo at Anfield but it was only one game and it isn't the end of the world we still have 35 games left to play!
So everyone chill out about it and be positive! :)

i dun think anyone on here are too negative. they just voice their frustration over the manner which we were defeated by our arch rival. i am sure everyone will get behind the team, everyone...
Well said mate.:)

And calm down too, Get-A-Grip Bridgade. :D

If you read between the lines, I am confident you can't recall coming across any member who has explicitly said or implicitly insinuated that we will be empty handed at the end of the season!?!

So as much as some reactions may be over the top after a bitter defeat, perhaps the Get-A-Grip Bridgade may also need to get a grip on themselves too.

At the end of the day, whom among us hope ill for United?

Besides, I believe there are not two but three groups of fans here. And the majority actually fall somewhere between the extreme ends of the everything-is-grey and the nothing-is-grey group.

i am trying to stay as upbeat as possible , i am sure we will win on wednesday night .
next sunday i am not sure about we will need a 100% improvement all over the pitch compared to anfailed, still with ronaldo back why not we could go there and win .
i was expecting a win against the dippers and possible defeat against chelski , so why not the other way round
come on you mighty reds

Well said mate

but the "foster should start" "ronaldo" "we should always win" clans won't shut up a

am actually ****en ****ed off how people are slating fergie, nani vds giggs and rooney
can't beleive some posts ask giggs to retire and other posts say the park should be chosen i nstead of nani other posts saying that we just need ronaldo other posts saying that rooney should get bench time and mostly shocking posts suggest that vds should be kicked and non-experienced foster should be picked instead

SHUT UP PEOPLE AND GIVE OUR PLAYERS MORE SUPPORT
