Tevez doesn't look like much. He is not a great stricker, nor a great middfielder. He is not Maradona and not Ronaldo. Yet, he is the guy that knows how to win and win he does. To his account: 3 Argentine Champioships, 2 Libertadores and and Intercontinetal Cup. In Brasil (where Argie footballers are not quite popular) he singlehanded toog Corinthians to a title they had waited 20 years, and was named Brasil's (yes, with s) Player of the Year! Imagine that. It would equate to MU fans voting and Liverpool dog "Player of the Year"! Do you understand this? With him starting MU was a machine. Why break-up such cohesiveness? Unbelievable! Last year all were worried if you could play with two incredible, hard to define, midfielders/strickers like Rooney and Tevez. What happened? MU won EVERYTHING! Rooney and Tevez together turned into a formidable duo. Two lions, two hard working, passionate footballers who understand that all is not finesse. As a former international rugby player and pretty good footballer, I take these two together ANYDAY. To me Ronaldo is a phenom to be admired. Tevez (like Rooney) are the type of players that have separated MU from the rest for such a long time and made fans of many of us far away from OT If you disrespect Tevez you disrespect what made MU so successful: dedication, passion, consitency and an entrenched "will to win". Winning comes from winners. Keep your winner Tevez and may MU win everything forever! Sincerely, Argie in America.
